About The Therapy Rooms

The therapy rooms are an independent psychological therapies service. We offer a range of psychological treatments including brief counselling, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, family therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy to adults, adolescents, children and families.

We are a small team of dedicated and highly skilled clinicians. Each clinician has extensive experience spanning over 10-15 years of working both in the NHS and private sectors. All of our therapists are fully trained and qualified. Each member belongs to a recognised professional body such as the UKCP, BACP, BPS, IFT or BABCP.
